Refund Policy

Most 4Trust products are designed and manufactured to customer specifications. Once the final design is approved and production begins, cancellation or refund is normally unavailable because the item cannot be resold.

If a delivered product has a confirmed production fault or does not match the approved specification, 4Trust will review the case and may repair or remake it without additional production cost. Changes requested after production starts may affect both price and delivery time.
